Our office provides comprehensive support for overseas clients in real estate purchases and sales. Even if you reside abroad, you can complete purchase agreements and real estate settlements without traveling to Japan.
We also offer an escrow account service to facilitate payment for purchases and sales.
The procedures for registration applications during real estate transactions in Japan are highly regulated. Nearly all clients entrust these processes to a "judicial scrivener." We can also assist with submitting reports to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in accordance with Japan's Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.
